Will I get samples for new products that launch after I have bought my kit?
When we launch new products, we periodically send you the samples and a new guide to accompany them. To receive kit updates, please make sure you have registered your kit with us.
Can I get samples of products that are not contained in my kit?
Absolutely! Additional samples can be requested by contacting us at kinesiology@lilyandloaf.com. There is no charge for extra samples, and we can simply add them to your next order, so you don’t need to pay extra postage.
Do I have to pay for replacement samples?
No! Unlike other companies, we do not charge for replacement samples. If you need any replacements, please contact kinesiology@lilyandloaf.com. We can also provide replacement stickers free of charge if you need them.
Can I buy an empty case?
Yes. We have several Resellers who use the case as a briefcase, and you can buy these separately for only £15. Shop Case Only
I have an old Lily & Loaf test kit; can I send it back to be recycled?
Yes! Once you have purchased the new kit, contact returns@lilyandloaf.com for a returns number to send back your old kit. Once we receive it, we will send you a £30 gift card as a ‘Thank You’.
