How will Vision Support help my clients?

Age, pollution, and UV light can all negatively impact our eyes. This powerful combination of nutrients is specially formulated to support eye health and normal vision.

It includes 140mg of lutein extract with 2mg of zeaxanthin. It has been suggested that diets rich in these antioxidants may help to delay age-related eye problems. Both are powerful carotenoids that are found in high concentrations within the macula of the eye. It has been suggested that lutein supplements may prevent damage caused by UV radiation and age-related degeneration.

Each capsule includes 50mg of euphrasia aka eyebright, so called because classical herbalists would use it to manage eye complaints such as conjunctivitis.

What is Zeaxanthin?

Here are some ways zeaxanthin can help support eye health:

Protects against blue light: Zeaxanthin absorbs blue light, a type of high-energy light that can cause damage to the retina over time. By protecting against blue light, zeaxanthin helps reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and other eye conditions.

Supports macular health: Zeaxanthin is essential for the health of the macula, a small area in the centre of the retina that is responsible for sharp, central vision. By maintaining macular health, zeaxanthin helps ensure clear vision and reduces the risk of AMD.
