Pre + Pro 15: Take one capsule with a full glass of water alongside meals three times daily. Initial bloating may occur, which is a natural indication that beneficial probiotics are working to balance your gut.

Pro B11: Take one to two Vegecaps daily with meals. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate upon receipt to maintain probiotic potency.

After receiving your Pre + Pro 15, we recommend keeping it refrigerated or stored in a cool, dry place to help maintain the viability of microbes in the formula. The product is stored in refrigerated conditions immediately before shipping and is formulated with an “overbuild” of microbes to compensate for shipping time. The anticipated time of local shipping would not have any serious impact on the viable microbe count; when you receive your product, it will contain the number of organisms stated on the label.
