What is Super Fibre?
This food supplement is packed with fibre from various sources, including both soluble and insoluble fibres. It also includes the prebiotic inulin.
While fibre might not be the first supplement you think of when considering the needs of an active body, low fibre intakes can result in poor digestion, low-energy, and a general feeling of sluggishness.

Each serving of Super Fibre provides 11.7g of fibre from wholefood sources. The blend of fibres provide benefits for the digestive system and beyond, including:

What’s in it?
Super Fibre contains inulin, a non-digestible fibre that has an array of potential health benefits. It supports digestive health by regulating bowel movements and supporting gut bacteria. It may also help to regulate blood sugar and cholesterol levels too.
It contains oat bran, which is a soluble fibre that supports gut health. Oat bran is also a source of beta-glucans, compounds that prevent cholesterol.
It contains psyllium, another source of fibre. Psyllium helps to draw water into the gut, a gentle bulk laxative, psyllium can reduce internal swelling and calms & soothes the intestines.
It also contains apple fibre. In addition to the contribution of fibre this also provides antioxidant flavonoids.
How could it help me?
The blend of soluble and insoluble fibres supports normal digestion transit. This blend of fibres also promotes the good bacteria living in the gut.
Super Fibre contains whole food fibres that are easy to digest and gentle enough for everyday use. This means it can be used to both prevent, and mange digestive issues caused by low fibre intakes.
Fibre supplements may be used to support weight management. Since fibre draws water into the digestive tract it can promote a feeling of fulness. Fibre cannot be digested, meaning it provides no calories.
How do I take it?
For proper digestion fibre needs to be taken with plenty of water. Mix 15g into water, juice or a smoothie once a day.
Some people may experience digestive upset if fibre intake is suddenly increased. Be sure to gradually increase your intake of fibre (start with 5g a day if necessary).
