What is 5 HTP?
5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) is made naturally in the body with the help of the essential amino acid l-tryptophan, but our bodies don’t naturally produce l-tryptophan, so we must obtain this important amino acid from our diet. The Lily & Loaf 5-HTP formula includes naturally sourced 5-HTP derived from the griffonia simplicifolia plant, hop flowers extract and l-tryptophan, along with vitamins B6 and B12 and magnesium. 5-HTP has Natural ingredients with no artificial preservatives. It is free from gluten, wheat, lactose, soy and added sugar. 5-HTP comes in vegan friendly vegetable capsules that are easy to take and swallow.
