What is Super Protein with Fibre?

How do I use it?

Add 40g (2 heaped tablespoons) to 250ml of liquid. Enjoy once or twice a day. Shake well before serving.

Can be mixed with other Acti-Fit products. 

The digestion of fibre requires a lot of water. Be sure to maintain adequate hydration when taking fibre supplements.

Due to the high fibre content, in rare instances this product may cause slight digestive discomfort. To prevent this we recommend gradually increasing your fibre intake.
