Supporting Individual Health Needs with Systematic Kinesiology
As a practitioner of systematic kinesiology, I work with clients across a wide range of health concerns, and one of the methods I use is muscle testing to help identify imbalances and guide nutritional support. Over time, I have used a variety of supplements in clinic, and consistently find that Lily & Loaf products test very well with the majority of clients.
Approach to Testing
During a session, which typically lasts around 90 minutes, I use muscle testing to assess how the body responds to specific supplements. By placing a supplement in contact with the client, I can identify whether it may be needed, if the muscle response strengthens, this can indicate a requirement. I then determine whether it is a priority for the body at that time.
The effects of a treatment generally last around five days, so it is important that clients begin taking their recommended supplements promptly to help maintain progress and support ongoing balance between sessions.
Client Outcomes
I have seen positive results across a wide range of areas, including digestive health, inflammation, allergies, injury recovery, hormonal balance and general wellbeing. What stands out is how individual each recommendation is, no two clients present in exactly the same way.
Common Recommendations
Some of the supplements that most commonly test well in clinic include spirulina, high-strength vitamin C and vitamin B complex, alongside more targeted support such as skeletal formulas, bladder support (including cranberry and buchu), and digestive support like slippery elm, particularly where there is a history of digestive sensitivity or surgery.
However, an important part of kinesiology is recognising that not every supplement is suitable for every person, or needed all of the time. Recommendations are always tailored to the individual and their current needs, ensuring a more focused and supportive approach.
Practitioner Insight
Alongside my clinical work, I also take supplements daily myself, which helps support my own wellbeing and gives me confidence in recommending products I trust and use personally.
